Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of FlexiSpace, an internal business application run by Flexi-Scale Equipments & Services Sdn. Bhd. ("we", "us"). By signing in you agree to them. They sit alongside your employment terms and company policies, which take priority where they differ.

FlexiSpace is for our employees and people we invite. You can only sign in with the Google account we invited, and you see only the spaces you have been granted.

• Keep your Google account secure and do not share access with anyone.
• You are responsible for what is done while you are signed in.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

You must not:

• Try to see spaces, records or data you have not been given.
• Enter false or misleading information.
• Copy or share company data outside the company without permission.
• Disrupt, overload, probe or reverse engineer the application.

When you send a claim you confirm that the receipts are genuine, the expenses were for company work, and the details are correct. False claims may lead to disciplinary action under company policy.

Orders, customers, suppliers, prices and other business records in FlexiSpace belong to the company and are confidential. How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

FlexiSpace is in beta and provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by downtime or errors in the application.

We may change or remove your access at any time, for example when your role changes or you leave the company. Records you created stay with the company.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using FlexiSpace after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
